Who:  Louisa Dykstra - Norwex Top Leader and Founder of Lovin’ Life with Louisa

What We Talked About:  How to grow your business quickly by making a conscious choice to feel good.  What happens when you go from a business that is “action” based, nose-to-the-grindstone, make-things-happen, to a business that is based on feeling good, having fun, and taking care of yourself?  Exponential growth.  Learn how Louisa made the shift and became one of the top ten teams in her company.

Why I Like Louisa:  Louisa is a thinker.  She’s willing to question the status quo.  She doesn’t just blindly accept every axiom floating around.  Instead, she thoughtfully examines all options and then chooses the one that feels best.  She has completely embodied the idea that we get to choose how we feel about anything and she chooses to be happy.

Great Line:  One day I just decided, I’m only going to do the things that feel good.

Who:  Dana Wilde - Author of Train Your Brain and Host of The Mind Aware Show

What This Show is About:  Dana airs LIVE in front of a dial-in audience. This week we have someone write in and ask, “I work at home and can’t find childcare!” And then after the break, someone writes in and says, “My mantras don’t work anymore. Can you help?” Dana Wilde Rants! After so many requests for an “ask Dana” episode, we’ve decided to offer this as a regular feature. Dana takes questions from our audience members and answers those questions by helping the listener “tell a new story.” Each of us has a Reticular Activating System (RAS) in our brain that spends all day every day listening to what we’re thinking about and what we’re talking about. Next the RAS notices in the outside world the situations that match those thoughts and stories. This is why if you want to change your outside world, you have to start with the inside story.
