Who:  Dana Wilde - Author of Train Your Brain and Host of The Mind Aware Show

What This Show is About:  Dana airs LIVE in front of a dial-in audience. This week we have someone write in and ask, “I’m in a direct sales, party plan business.  Can you help me to LIKE doing parties?  I don’t like to leave my house at night.” Dana Wilde Rants! After so many requests for an “ask Dana” episode, we’ve decided to offer this as a regular feature. Dana takes questions from our audience members and answers those questions by helping the listener “tell a new story.” Each of us has a Reticular Activating System (RAS) in our brain that spends all day every day listening to what we’re thinking about and what we’re talking about. Next the RAS notices in the outside world the situations that match those thoughts and stories. This is why if you want to change your outside world, you have to start with the inside story.
