Who:  Brad Finkeldei - Self-Confidence Coach and Author of The Mindset Shift:  Stop the Corporate Rat Race, Make a Difference, and Achieve Personal Freedom

What We Talked About:  What is at the core of self-confidence?  Usually people want to give you “techniques” to help you get more confident.  They will say things like, “Stand up straight”, but Brad explains that it’s much easier to overcome a lack of self-confidence when you go to the core.

Why I Like Brad:  He is a storyteller at heart.  He explains his ideas and teaching points through his own experience so they are memorable.  You feel like when you hear his ideas that he has lived the material himself and that is the best kind of teacher.

Great Line:  When you’re nervous go into service.
