What This Show is About: Dana airs LIVE in front of a dial-in audience. This week we have have a live guest call in and ask, “I still have moments when I’m not happy. I’m really judging myself about my negativity. What should I do?” Dana Wilde Rants! After so many requests for an “ask Dana” episode, we’ve decided to offer this as a regular feature. Dana takes questions from our audience members and answers those questions by helping the listener “tell a new story.” Each of us has a Reticular Activating System (RAS) in our brain that spends all day every day listening to what we’re thinking about and what we’re talking about. Next the RAS notices in the outside world the situations that match those thoughts and stories. This is why if you want to change your outside world, you have to start with the inside story.
